I purchased a license key today, and it said that restarting the JAdmin should auto-detect it, however I didn't see any area in the program that shows it's registered? I just want to be sure it's detecting my license.

I purchased it for the root of the domain, because there's several subdomains of it like gallery.mydomain.com and stuff.mydomain.com and other.mydomain.com

Did I purchase it correctly? Thanks!

Hi Grayce

Thank you for your recent purchase!

In regards to your question, your license was automatically activated when you completed your purchase on our website and was activated on the domain you specified during checkout, so there really isn't any indicator that says whether you have a license or not, but if you are not receiving a message that says that you need to purchase a license, then JAdmin has successfully detected your license. You should have also received an email confirmation from our system confirming your license was activated.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Thank you!

I have just started receiving a message today that I do not have a valid license. I have uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. I registered my root domain, as according to the info on the site, mydomain.com would allow subdomains as xyz.mydomain.com or www.mydomain.com since i have joomla installed in xyz.mydomain.com and another site app installed in tuv.mydomain.com. So I've essentially paid for this and am unable to use it. Even before it started telling me I didn't have a license, it had to have my access key reinstalled on a daily basis as it would stop synching up even with exit/restart the software.

It is my development server, where I test quite a few different types of web cms and blog sites, so each has their own subdomain while i'm developing.

the relevant info is root domain: Something is hidden for guests. Please log in or register to see it.
subdomain that has joomla installed: Something is hidden for guests. Please log in or register to see it.

you can only use JAdmin on the domain you specified during checkout ... you can't just use it on any random domain name and if you are doing development then you should use localhost or 127.0.0.1... but if you must use a development domain, then it should be a static fqdn, for example: development.mytestsite.com... and then you can request that we activate your development domain under your license by opening a support ticket here:
