All of our Joomla! extensions are Joomla! 1.5, Joomla! 1.6, Joomla! 1.7, and Joomla! 2.5 native, which basically means that they were developed and packaged for Joomla! 1.5 and up.
Can I customize the software packages your company offers?
Yes, you can customize any of the software packages available on our website for your own needs. The majority of our software packages are open-source PHP. However, please be advised that customizing our software packages will require certain technical skills on your part. You can also use our forums to get help from one of our staff members or the Joomla! community.
Where can I find documentation for your software extensions?
You can find the documentation for all of our software products by clicking here or by clicking the Documentation menu item located under the Support main menu item on the navigation menu of this website. The documentation section contains all the information and steps you will need to properly setup and operate your desired software product.
How do I contact customer support?
You can contact us by opening a support ticket here. We respond to support tickets promptly. Usually within a couple hours. Unfortunately, we do not offer telephone support at this time.

What is your refund policy?
We offer and encourage our users to download and try our software products before they purchase a license, so there is no confusion, regrets, or surprises. In efforts to protect ourselves from abusive and fraudulent users, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds :-(
Do I need a license to use your software products?
Some of our software products are free like JTurbo while others require a license like JAdmin! and JLive! Chat. We offer pay-per-website licensing, and also an unlimited websites package. You can find specific pricing information by visiting the product details page on our website and then clicking on the Price tab.

What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 11AM to 8PM Pacific Standard Time. If you contact us outside of those business hours, then we will process your request the next business day.

Do you offer telephone support?
If you have an account representative, then we offer telephone support to a certain extent, however if the issue is more on the complicated side, then the quickest way to get support is to open a support ticket or post your question on our support forums. We promptly respond to support tickets and postings on our support forums.
